FREELANCE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, CREATIVE CONSULTANT.  NEW YORK – 2018 - PRESENT

Hands on creative consultant for agencies and teams in developing 360 creative campaigns for experiential, digital, print, video, and TV 

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts and ideas for creative campaigns

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, HELLO & HOLA! MEDIA INC.  NEW YORK – 2016-2018

Created and conceptualized Hola! USA’s brand identity for the American edition of the world-renowned celebrity and lifestyle European magazine and website,
in both English and Spanish 

  • Oversaw the creative department, worked closely with the Editor-In-Chief, Marketing Director and Publisher to successfully define the tone, look and feel of the magazine

  • During tenure, Hola! USA reached over 1MM MUV’s on hola.com and over 400,000 monthly subscribers nationwide, within the first year of its launch

 

CREATIVE & PHOTO DIRECTOR/DESIGNER, VIACOM, TIME INC, VOGUE STUDIO, TOM FORD BEAUTY, NEW YORK – 2014-2016

Responsible for the creative direction, concepts, brand development, photo art direction and casting for a variety of global media brands

  • Spearheaded the creative direction of the rebranding of CENTRICTV network, all multi-platforms included

  • Oversaw a 10+ world-class creative team providing mentorship in a fast-paced and result-driven environment

  • In charge of on-set direction and post-production for various projects

  • Led marketing creative teams to ensure campaigns stayed on brand and resonated with the audience

VP ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, GREY ADVERTISING, NEW YORK – 2010-2014

Led the creative concept, voice, messaging and imagery of a variety of Fortune 500 brands, such as P&G, CoverGirl, Clairol, Downy, Pantene, and T.J.Maxx

  • Conceptualized and created memorable and innovative campaigns across multi-media platforms, which included broadcast TV, video, print, outdoor,
    in-store, point-of-sale, digital, and social

  • Collaborated with EVP Creative Director for Grey’s Beauty Division on domestic and global accounts, with over 1MM production budgets

  • Directly involved in the creative development of new businesses pitches that resulted in 6+ new accounts, such as Maybach, Jean Patou Fragrances,
    Ecco Shoes, Imina Hair and Skin Care, Slim Fast, Cosmopolitan, etc.

 

FREELANCE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, OGILVY & MATHER ASIA PACIFIC, HONG KONG – 2009-2010

Oversaw creative and strategic development for digital, print, and TV campaigns for Unilever’s top global beauty accounts in Asia, such as Dove and Pond’s

  • Responsible for the creative advertising and marketing communications, across multi-platforms, for the top 5 Asian markets

  • Well-versed in Asian beauty market with a strong eye for global storytelling that resulted in audience engagement 

  • Managed all local brand pitches for Standard Charter and GSK Panadol (Asia’s #1 pharmaceutical company)

 

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, SELECT COMMUNICATIONS, HAMBURG, GERMANY – 2007-2008

Created and developed Wella Hair global campaigns for digital, print, in-salon design, and collateral

  • Supervised and mentored a high-performance team of freelancers and outside vendors assigned to the projects

  • Pitched and presented creative concepts and designs to sales, marketing and executive clients

mobile, and experiences, for all Olay brands in the UK and Western Europe

  • Led the creative development and implementation of a new brand identity system for the Olay Brands

  • Strategized and designed digital, print and TV campaigns for several of the Olay boutiques in the UK and Western Europe
